  1. Our review process makes it really easy for you prepare for the review so the right amount of self-reflection, thought and planning is done before the meeting with your manager is held
  2. The automated email contains a link to the review and a reminder of when and where the meeting will be held
  3. Once you’ve clicked on the link and logged in, you’re ready to start completing the review
  4. A great place to start is to read over the tips to get the most out of the review process. Here you will find some really useful suggestions on being in the best mindset possible
  5. You will see that we use traffic lights through out the review
  6. You will see that the review connects the points from the position description
  7. The person specification defines the skills, qualifications and attributes needed in the role and it’s a good time reflect on these and rate them accordingly
  8. The general discussion point allows you to provide feedback to your manager on any areas where they could improve
  9. The core values are really critical for you to reflect upon as they provide a framework for the preferred behaviours within the business
  10. List any duties here that weren’t listed as went through the review
  11. Raise any concerns at all about your job
  12. Keep in mind that you can save and come back to this at any point but please make sure you’ve saved properly
  13. Once all points are done you will be given to option to save and submit which finalises your planning for the review
