- Once you’ve clicked on the link and logged in, you’re ready to start completing the review

- You will see that we use traffic lights through out the review
- You will see that the review connects the points from the position description
- The person specification defines the skills, qualifications and attributes needed in the role and it’s a good time reflect on these and rate them accordingly
- The general discussion point allows you to provide feedback to your manager on any areas where they could improve
- The core values are really critical for you to reflect upon as they provide a framework for the preferred behaviours within the business
- List any duties here that weren’t listed as went through the review
- Raise any concerns at all about your job
- Keep in mind that you can save and come back to this at any point but please make sure you’ve saved properly
- Once all points are done you will be given to option to save and submit which finalises your planning for the review
