How do employees action their reminders?

Employee compliance reminders allow you to automate the workflow of sending out reminders to employees with outstanding compliance items.

Reminders are sent out via email to the employee's email address stored against their profile. 

The example below shows a reminder that was sent out to an employee who has unacknowledged policies and an unacknowledged position description:

When the employee clicks on the link, they will then be taken to a page displaying their outstanding compliance items:

The employee will then be able to action each outstanding item one by one, by clicking on the Acknowledge button next to the item in question:

When all compliance items have been actioned, the employee should see a green banner informing them that there are no outstanding compliance items to complete:
